Your kit ships in 3–5 business days and includes a mane hair collection envelope, prepaid USPS return, and activation card.
Mane hair (20–30 strands with roots) is the gold standard for equine DNA — no blood draw, no vet required.
Collect Mane or Tail Hair
⚠️ CRITICAL: Hair roots MUST be attached — the most common reason samples fail. Grip 20–30 hairs close to the skin and pull firmly in one quick motion. Look for the white/translucent bulb at the base of each strand to confirm the root is intact. DO NOT cut with scissors.
Mail It Back
Seal the sample in the prepaid return envelope and drop it in any USPS mailbox. Postage is included.
